Girls Swimming April 24 – 25, 2021 @ Stony Brook University
Due to COVID protocols set out by the NYSPHSAA, Section XI and the SUNY system, no spectators will be allowed to attend the championships. NFHS Network will have color commentary, graphics and play-by-play for the meet. Better than a normal live stream. Click on link below to access the meet. You will have to subscribe for $10.99/month. No locker rooms are available. Come with your suit on. Leave with your suit on. Bathrooms upstairs will be available for usage. We’re asking each swimmer to leave the meet immediately following their last swim of the day.
Coaches please print you the meet program HERE. No more changes can be made. Only swimmers entered in the meet can be your alternates. Warm up assignments HERE. We will have the 50 warm down after each heat. We will also have a 20 minute break each day during diving.

Individual event seeds #13 and higher and relay seeds #7 and higher. All 50 Free on Sunday.

Scoring: Timed finals 1st to 16th
Awards: Available after the 400 free relay. Any awards that you are missing from Leagues will be at the meet on Saturday and Sunday.
