The Half Hollow Hills Thunder-Colts dominated the League 1 Championship on January 30th at Sachem East HS. Hills won 6 of the 12 events, including all 3 relays to total 394 team points.
Lucas Tack(200 freestyle 1:47.29), Kabir Randhawa(200 IM 1:58.35 and 500 free 4:41.10) and Ben Glazebnik(50 free 22.66) all swam NYSPHSAA qualifying times.
Sachem’s Mike Dowd was a double winner in 200 yd freestyle with a NYSPHSAA qual time of 1:47.29 and the 100 yd freestyle(48.84).
Smithtown’s Chester Pergan won the 100 yd backstroke(55.33) and Andrew Hunt won the 100 yd breaststroke(1:01.55)
Huntington–Harborfields Alex Zhang won diving with a score of 287.50
